Pictures in Grids
As described above, we are now able to show pictures in grids. We have a good demonstration example. All it requires is to add the Picture directory in the wwwroot IIS directory (this could obviously be changed).
You add a picture with a blank form, and this copies it to the Pictures directory and creates the HTML to display the picture:

You can then view the pictures in the admin form. The distortion is due to the HTML sizing the pictures absolutely – I am sure it could be improved with better HTML skills than mine!

Selecting an item in the grid neatly shows the full size picture in the Rich Text field:
