Jerome Pearce worked on the original e-work development team at Sysgenics, and  subsequently Metastorm  after the acquisition of the company, for over four years,  since version 3 of the product. In addition he spent  quite some time developing and  troubleshooting e-work procedures. For the last eight years Jerome has lived  in  Australia and uses Metastorm products professionally, mainly through his company  Process Mapping.
